3 REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD NOT WORRY ABOUT FAILURE AGAIN.

FAILURE is the best  thing that ever happened to you? You failed.  I failed too. But what is good about failure?  Every human being on the face of the Earth has failed at one point or the other. Some have failed  in their marriages,  some in the business some in their  academics.  Some gave up after failing the first time and never gave it a second thought.

Denis Waitley once said" FAILURE should be our teacher,  not our undertaker. Failure is delay not defeat. It is a temporary detour not a deadend.  FAILURE is something we can avoid only by saying nothing, doing nothing and being nothing. So if I may ask why should you FAIL? Failing can be unpleasant. people love SUCCESS stories than freaked out at the prospect of FAILURE. We all cope with failure everyday. I am sure you FAILED the first time you tried  to ride a bike. Some people may have even had a bad fall. They  may have become scared of the pain and embarrassment,  they might never touch  another bicycle again.  But then there are others who failed again and again and again. Battered and bruised they just won't stop. What is the difference between the two. Why would anyone see failure as beneficial to your future?

If you want success in any aspect of your life then you have to embrace FAILURE and build on the benefits it generates.

Here are three reasons why you should embrace FAILURE :

1 - when you fail you will have a story to tell. So let me remind you that failure is not only inevitable but also necessary. Let me start with this true life story of mine.  I was employed as a banker and worked really hard every day. I was always the first person to enter the banking Hall. I always stayed late and even worked on the weekends. One Monday morning, as I logged in to my computer system, what  popped up on the screen to my greatest surprise was "YOUR SERVICES ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED IN THIS BANK" at that precise moment my heart sunk and my entire world came crashing down.  If it were to be you, you will think you are a FAILURE. You will think you will never be successful again.  Sadly, we are all guilty of thinking this about ourselves at some point in our life.

2 - You learn from your failure. Every single successful person says their failure is what drove them to become successful. What happens when you make an embarrassing mistake. Do you ever make that mistake again? Well, you will do everything in your power not to fail. FAIL and become so possessed with not FAILING again, that you see it as fuel to drive you forward every single day.

3 - FAILURE develops  your mental strength. I have never met a strong person with an EASY PAST. If you want mental strength, you are going to have to push through the pains, the FAILURES and rise above all setbacks. REAL mental strength comes from pain, FAILURES and struggle.

When we FAIL, we send out flares to those who matter most : friends, family and close colleagues who can offer assistance or simply lend a sympathetic ear. The process strengthens our support system and builds a network of resources to help us succeed next time.

If you use FAILURE as motivation,  you cannot be defeated in the long term. If you use FAILURE to drive you, use it to make you, it can never break you.  If  you never accept defeat, you can never fail. Refuse to be defeated. Learn the lesson, find a new path, a different way to achieve your goal in life. There is always a way.

It  is only a complete FAILURE if you give up. DO NOT GIVE UP.
